Geoff Green

Aviation Professional with over 20 years of military and civilian aviation experience.

Combat Veteran and Naval Aviator who served with Marine Helicopter Squadron One (HMX-1), participated in Operation Iraqi Freedom II, Operation Tomodachi, and 14 Bi-lateral National Operations in nine countries for six deployments with the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU).

COO | Managing Partner | Pilot

Gretchen Vollmer

USCG Veteran with 6 years experience in maritime law enforcement and search and rescue.

Co-founded the industrial drone services division of VSI Aerial in 2022 and manages the day to day operations, staff, public relations, maintenance, and more. She holds a Part 107, hazmat shipping certification, and Thermography certification.

Tyler Hill

Military Veteran and Aviation Expert with a Secret Security Clearance and over nine years of experience in UAS operations, aviation maintenance, leadership, and data analysis.

Operations Manager at VSI Aerial, overseeing drone operations, airspace coordination, and UAS compliance for commercial and government clients.

Ramiz Baig

Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Professional with extensive experience in UAS Operations, Wildfire Mitigation, and Critical Infrastructure Management.

With over 1,000 flight hours and a proven leadership record, Ramiz has managed UAS programs for major Tier 1 utilities, Fortune 500 Oil & Gas companies, and solar clients across the nation. He served as Director of UAS Operations at PrecisionHawk, where he led a team of over 30 employees, standardized safety protocols, and secured key partnerships through contract negotiations.

Trey Trumble

Experienced drone pilot and camera operator who holding a 107 Certificate and Sport Pilot Certificate.

With over 10 years of aviation experience and over 15 years of marketing, SEO, and website development experience, Trey has been flying with VSI for 5 years on production shoots and directing marketing efforts for 2 years.
